Getting to Know Me

Ethical, honest, and caring best describe my approach to life and relationships. These qualities are especially important in real estate where trust is paramount whether between agent and client or agent to agent. As your agent, I can promise representation in your best interest--not mine--and to negotiate in good faith toward a successful transaction.

A REALTOR since 2004, I am a member of an outstanding team of agents who are always willing to share their knowledge and experience to benefit our clients and each other. My areas of service include mostly New Haven and Hartford counties but extend farther as needed.

For buyers, I provide guidance through the entire process: the offer, negotiations, inspections, and closing. If needed, I can refer clients to a number of qualified lending and inspection professionals from which to choose. I especially like working with first-time buyers to guide them through the process, explain each step, and help them close successfully.

For sellers, I provide a realistic market analysis of the value of their home with the goal of a profitable, fair, and quick sale. Earning a seller's trust includes wide-ranging marketing efforts to expose a property to a large pool of buyers and guiding them through a successful closing.

Before becoming a REALTOR, I worked as a writer/editor for some of Connecticut's largest corporations documenting products such as jet engines, postage machines, medical equipment and related software help systems.

While in the Southington school system, I was a violinist in student orchestras. After graduation, I joined the Bristol and Cheshire symphonies, the CCSU orchestra, and a string ensemble.

I earned a BA in English Literature from Central Connecticut State University with a minor in Communications and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
